Troubleshooting | Seac Jack/Guru

Problem:
The Seac Jack/Guru shows the message CRC error.
(The Seac Jack/Guru is not able to boot the OS. Most of the times the CRC error occours when during an OS update the USB cable is unplugged before the update is done.)

Solution:
Restore the OS of the Seac Jack/Guru from the Seac DiveLogger.

How to:
Download the Seac DiveLogger (DiveLogger version 4.1.4 or above is required) and connect the Seac Jack/Guru, a pop-up will propose you to restore the OS in your Seac Jack/Guru unit.
(The PC or Mac have to be connected to internet to restore the Seac Jack/Guru).
