Troubleshooting | Seac DiveLogger

Windows 7 or above:

      > The DiveLogger is not starting at all.

      > The Seac Jack/Guru is not automatically detected by the Seac DiveLogger

      > The Seac DiveLogger detects the Seac Jack/Guru but it is not able to Sync.

      > I'm not able to install the USB driver on my PC (Error Code 52).



Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11) or above:

      > My Mac does not allow me to run the fix.seriale.sh.command

      > The DiveLogger is not starting at all.

      > The Seac Jack/Guru is not automatically detected by the Seac DiveLogger
